The latest development is that immigration representatives came to my work place on 11-Mar-2016, they sneaked into the administration office some how and starts looking at my employment documents, My director who is in-charge of the business and also who issued me the experience letter took them immediately to his office, the unfortunate part is my company doesn't keep updated documents on file related to all employees, my job title on papers is copy editor and publication manager, where as I applied under Human resources as Manager Human Resources. My director showed documentation prove that my responsibilities matches with what was stated in the experience letter, but I still don't know what would happen.
I have received GCMS notes generated on 22-Feb-2016, the latest due date on the file is 29-Feb-2016. The latest Notes dated 20-Jan-2016 states "case status inquiry recd by email - advised app/supporting docs still under review."
I have ordered another GCMS notes after they visited my work place, so have to wait for another month.
Any guidance at this point, I am worried that they are suspicious???

This is the list they refer. Did your job duties match completely?
It seems to be tough as I am unable to found your title in the above mentioned list but as the experience is concerned they first match job duties and responsibilities and then fall to Title and then education.
I think you should be ready.
It's really good that you ordered GCMS Notes but when did you ordered? In 90% cases the file is updated after a week of visit so if you have ordered the notes near the visit please order fresh notes on Monday. I know it will cost but it will help you a lot.
Usually in this case if they fail to understand you they will issue fairness letter and ask you to prove yourself in 30 days so GCMS Notes will help you to prepare.
It's a high time that you take the copies of the documents you submitted to CIC and review and see is there any lapse? I am not scaring you but self review is highly needed now.
