I am pleased to say that yesterday I received PPR request.
Today ECAS changed from In process to Decesion made.
My timelines on left. My VO is RIH.

NOC 2281 - MR 26th Oct 2015 - Medical Received/Decision Made - 7th November 2015
NOC 0111 - APP Date 20th Oct 2015 - MR - 4th November 2015.

I am a Dec 5 applicant. Submitted additional documents on 5th May. VO is RIH now from MXH. 3 lines updated till Sep, no MR.
