Dear Applicant,
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
A visa officer has determined that a personal interview is required. If you fail to attend, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information available. This could result in refusal.
The date of interview has been set to allow you sufficient time to prepare the necessary documentation and to obtain an entry visa (if applicable). Please see your scheduled interview as part of the email sent to you. Your interview will take place in Abu Dhabi at the following address:
Embassy of Canada in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Trade Towers (Abu Dhabi Mall) West Tower
9th Floor.
Please confirm your attendance at the interview by replying by email to this address by 25th August 2014.
Please ensure that you have arrived and are prepared to begin your interview at the scheduled time. Due to the number of scheduled interviews, should you be late for your interview, it will not be possible for your interview to be conducted later that same day, and it will need to be rescheduled sometime in the future. It is recommended that you arrive and are seated in the waiting room at least thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled time.
Although your interview will take place in Abu Dhabi, the High Commission of Canada in London is still responsible for the processing of your application and the scheduling of your interview, thus any correspondence should still be addressed to the High Commission of Canada in London.
Your spouse and any additional dependents, if you have them, are not required to attend the interview unless specified otherwise.
That leaves us 50 days to get everything in order. Wish us good luck with our interview.
