Dear Friends,
I have appeared for medical examination with my family almost 10 days back and was really worried for not seeing the 3rd line on my ecas until yesterday when my consultant has forwarded me an email from CHC, London asking for PPR1 !! even without ecas update Thanks God! الحمد لله
The attached letter mentions that PPR2 should arrive withing the next 6 weeks.
Today, Ecas updated with the third line
I would like to thank you all for all the support and sincere advices during this hard, long and hectic process and I wish and pray for all our friends who are still waiting to get a positive update very soon.

Excited yet wondering how things will be there in terms of job n settlement..ive heard things are v v expensive there..how does calgary look apartment rentals and for IT jobs..calling others to please share experiences they had in toronto or calgary,anything we could learn beforehand?

Dear usmansons, I know it's too hard but try to be patient and inshaa Allah you will get a very positive update very soon. Have you tried raising a CSE or ordering GCMS notes ?

Sad news........i applied as a FSW in feb2012 and interviewed in feb 2013 now in Mar 2014 they sent me leter that CHC team visited my work place and they r not satisfied with my job duties and exp. After that i sent one letter fron my company about my job confirmation and duties.in GCMS notes i found one of second manager misguided them in jealousy. now on 21Jul2014 i received refusal letter fm CHC clarify my situation d they banned me for 2 yrs.one someone advised that i should write letter to VO to clarify my case which is miscommunication and misguided by one of employ , if they don't consider then i should go for appeal. now i want good advise and if contact of some good lawyer.

Dear forum members
I need urgent advice..........as i shared before my FSW application has refused on basis of my work place and experience and banned me for 2 yrs , which is shocking for me as i sent documents like my company chairman letter to prove my exp and job.but even then they refused my application .my age is 45 yrs and my kids r now more than 20yrs old as rules i will be unable to get age points and my children will cross the age limit for immigration as a dependent.
I consulted with different people, lawyers , some of them eci should go for appeal directly and some suggested i should write letter first CHC for reversal of refusal letter .My consultant is of the view that CHC at London will not give importance to such letter before appeal bcs they always uphold the decision of VO. Please senior and junior forum members advise me what are chances of reversal of refusal letter at CHC London and of appeal at court.i am v.confused bcs this is my last chance and i don't want to lose it.

An early response is requested please.

The date of interview has been set to allow you sufficient time to prepare the necessary documentation and to obtain an entry visa (if applicable). Please see your scheduled interview as part of the email sent to you. Your interview will take place in Abu Dhabi at the following address:

Embassy of Canada in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Trade Towers (Abu Dhabi Mall) West Tower
9th Floor.

Please confirm your attendance at the interview by replying by email to this address by 25th August 2014.


Please ensure that you have arrived and are prepared to begin your interview at the scheduled time. Due to the number of scheduled interviews, should you be late for your interview, it will not be possible for your interview to be conducted later that same day, and it will need to be rescheduled sometime in the future. It is recommended that you arrive and are seated in the waiting room at least thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled time.

Although your interview will take place in Abu Dhabi, the High Commission of Canada in London is still responsible for the processing of your application and the scheduling of your interview, thus any correspondence should still be addressed to the High Commission of Canada in London.
Your spouse and any additional dependents, if you have them, are not required to attend the interview unless specified otherwise.

It really is sad news!

What did they tell you at the conclusion of your interview ?. I have read that they tell you the result of your interview then and there.

Could you guide us more about what happened at the interview and what question were asked.

You can PM me if you don't wanna share it here. Its really important for us.

I really hope you get a positive decision on your appeal.
