If you already submitted police certificates with your application, you need to provide updated certificates for the countries that you have lived in since the date you submitted your application. We require the following:

Great news, I have heard back from CIC, they have requested the following documents stated below to be submitted within 60 days.



Schedule A forms

I have attached new forms to the portal, as they have been updated since we sent them in. The original information has merged onto the new forms, however they want you to go back to age 18 for question 8 and 12, please do not leave gaps. There is an Appendum page at the end for extra information. You can complete the form and re save it on the portal, however I will need the signature pages mailed to me.



Medicals

Please find attached medical forms, you need to book an appointment asap. I will send through a list of designated medical practitioners.



Police Certificates

Log onto ecas through the CIC website, check application status, put the UCI number and the other detail and you will have an electronic means to check your progress. Dead easy.....you don't need a consultant.
