Do you call this luck. Receivng the MR after 8 months from the date of PER,

If that is right, i have to wait for anothrt two to three months.

Kick up a stink about not getting your MR. If your AEO is all legit and your employer is waiting for you to arrive then get in contact with the LVO and give em a piece of your mind.

Really not looking forward to it. This is the one thing that if you don't pass then it has to be something quite serious. Everything else up until now has just been pedantic requests for documents in a certain way which would make you look foolish if you get it wrong.

Guys need your advice

i joined my new company yesterday , I sent my consultant a email that I will submit my new joining letter and salary certificate contract etc,, to them to update cic my new change
but they said : You can update new documents upon any additional response from CHC, than I said it was advisable to update any change immediately to CHC, their reply again
: It was advisable earlier at this time, it has been instructed by Visa Officer to wait for the additional correspondence.
Accordingly we can send your updated documents.

Guys am lost I don't know wither its ok to wait cus i dont blv them at all, please advice ...

I am assuring that my AEO is legit.
So, do you mean that i have to send an inquiry about my case?
Actually, i have sent three emails to LVO, but i didn't receive any reply, even, my lawyer called me and asked me not to send more emails to lvo, because that might cause to take out the file from the queue and bring it to end of the queue without any right to complaint about it, so I kept quite.

Do you have any advice in this regards,

Congratulation for your MR.
My home address is in Ajman and sometimes no one is in home during day time ,
So would you please advise me exactly how you receive your MR? By Empost or any other courier? if they called you before delivery?
Is there your mobile number on the package that make them able to call you?
i am just little worry that maybe i miss any letter from London CHC as they usually don't inform us about sending of it

On Canada Day I received the brown envelope that I was sooooo desperately waiting for.

Letter Dated : 25 June 2012
Posted on : 26 June 2012
Received in Dubai : 01 July 2012

There are Medical Forms, request for updated PCC for UAE only, RPRF payment.
They used the address label we sent with our application.

Seems like they prepared the MR's for applicants with "processing start date 07 June" all together on 25th and posted on 26th. Both me and Ryano had the same dates, it just took longer to reach Dubai.

Kick your lawyer to the curb. The lvo wont respond to you because you have a third party acting on your behalf. By being quiet it seems you are already at the back of the queue with your time lines so what is the worst kicking up a fuss is gonna do?
