I HAVE DID THE SAME IN MY CASE. WHEN I APPLIED I WAS ONLY HAVING MY TRANSCRIPT BUT NOT THE DEGREE BECAUSE MY UNI HAVE NOT ISSUED IT YET. I GOT A COVER LETTER FROM MY UNI EXPLAING THAT I HAVE PASSED MY DEGREE FOR WHICH THE TRANSCRIPT HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND THE DEGREE WILL BE ISSUED LATER IN CONVOCATION CEREMONY. I HAVE RECEIVED MY AOR IN FEB AND MY CASE IS PENDING IN LVO. LATER I RECEIVED MY DEGREE AND ABOUT TWO WEEKS EARLIER I SENT THEM MY DEGREE TO UPDATE MY FILE AND THEY RECEIVED IT ALONG WITH CHANGING ADDRESS REQUEST BUT THEY REPLIED IN EMAIL SAYING,

" WE SHOULD NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING UNTILL AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER CHECK OUR CASE AND SEND US A LETTER ASKING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO UPDATE OUR FILE"

SO I AM SURPRISED THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND US A LETTER FOR SUPPORTING DOC THAN WHY THEY HAVE SENT YOU A LETTER OF REFUSAL. I AM UK BASED, PAKISTANI

My husband is a Professionaly qualified CPA and associated with one of the leading company of Pakistan as an HOD and he will certainly enjoy this when i will share with him about VO decision , who didnot accept his probably second qualification

I have handled this case personally . and have sent my husband detailed trasncript with application along with other professional qualification of CPA and CMA. but not send the degree copy

THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DETERMINE MASTER DEGREE THROUGH TRANSCRIPT .

Here is the problem that you didnot send the degree copy, we should not blame CIC for this its our mistake, if cic has given the document checklist and we are not able to provide all the docs then we should not blame cic that why they refused the case, everybody please try to understand this rather than filling many pages blaming cic.

I am not blaming or i never used any word to blame cic . i just seek response from other forum members , as i believe is there is any thing missing in my application it should be identified at the time of CIO review and they should sent back my application at that time. They sent me PER in october 2011, required updated forms in April 2012 and May 2012 . In may 2012 i received an email from LVO that they have misplaced my pics and i sent them again through courier again.

I am not concerned about what i have paid for filling my immigration but i expect VO should give a chance to brief if they are reviewing some thing after one year. In my husband transcript its been clearly mentioned about Master of Business administration and passing date .

Now they are saying that they dont find its a master degree transcript.

if any document is missing, LVO can not refuse the case on this base because CIO has given the final PER,LVO has to ask the missing document, if the applicant is unable to provide within limit time then LVO decide on the available docs, LVO can give refusal on the base of BGC only, i think LVO did not get the positve verification of transcript of MBA degree.

If this would be the case , Vo should inform us in clear words , so the matter can b taken up with the university.

But i know verification is not the issue

I think tht ur case will b reconsidered positively.
Sho ur comments are a bit harsh. Sometimes we make mistakes but many times even CIC n VOs have made mistakes. N all these issues need to b discussed n thts why we log in to this forum.

University sealed condition was removed from July 2012.

True university sealed envelop is not required for mi3 applicants just a certified ( notarized ) copy of the degree is good enough. But no degree along with transcripts is no good

If this would be the case , Vo should inform us in clear words , so the matter can b taken up with the university.

But i know verification is not the issue
