Actually what happened, I just sent a CSE 3 days back and they replied me with the passport request as if my CSE wake them up

Here is the time lines of 8 applicants of 1122 (Visa Office London ), I conclude , the back ground results of two applicants forcabarca86 and ssaansari have not received by CHC London.So their review by VO is pending , isn't it, if any other reason please explain.
