I have moved my home to another place recently , but the address on my CAS is an Aramax address which is safer to receive my notifications or any updates from LVO . do u think i need to inform them that I have moved to new home where I'm settle now ??

Is it important for checking my security ?

jiger i m here just buzzy in domestic issues

any ways

just red ur posting regarding CSI reply ,....hmmmmmmmmmmmm

now lstn ,....i have conducted some information frm local consultants & frm frnds living in canada

thay all have notified me that now the days cic & lvo both r dealing with some issues like backlog

& preffered NOC occupations according to demand of market coz issuing visa or processing

applications depends on thier instructions as the policy has been changed & LVO offcials & officers

have alot to do with applications.

2: the timeframe has no means to VO coz thy r fully authorised to do what ever thay want to do &

even no higher authorities will ask frm them that y u have issued visa to such person or refused thats y

thier system is much better then othrs

3: each CSI opens no of the question in vo mind that y this person is asking over & over for same

issue & their are chances that thay may extand our BFD also & result is delaying in processing.

4: try to avoid making contact with them in present situation when backlog & other issues plays

with each other,.


so dear nekeol what ever the information i had , i shared with u & i do say that my verdict can be wrong

most frnds may not agree with me but ,.........i m following the instructions

now coming to ur reply that BGC is still incompleted means ur file is on positive path coz if VO finds some

very serious then thay might take DM at this stage but nothing is happening by the grace of GOD

so dear plz dont get worried ishaAllah u will hear good news very soon ameen

Well its strange Mr. Ali and Nekeol. My consultant also told me the same thing. He said when I asked him to send a CSI. "Dont send them repeat requests whatever it is, until thy them self reply or contact u. What he said now read carefully. Suppose ur file is alrdy on the IO desk fr security tests, backlog, BG checks ........... etc and u sent a CSI. Now the CSI is a different dept. ur file will be picked up from IO's desk, will go to the concerned dept. fr reply. may b thy tk 2, 5, 7, 15 days or even a month. The file will stay there until thy reply u. When it will go back, ofcoarse the VO IO will not be waiting for it. So it will be put away for another 3 months." These were my consultant's wording. Thats why I just stopped sending CSI and only apply fr GCMS aftr 4 or 5 months. which is ok. I mean I am not in hurry now, if I am lucky enough to move to canada and be a PR then no one can stop except god. Everything is written from his will and wish. Hope it helps.

Respected Sister,
Sending CSE, as explained by your consultant is wrong, in 18 months I sent only 2 CSE and my reply came in 2-3 days both the time even without auto acknowledge.
it means dont send them reply unnecessarily, if it is not necesary then they will not reply. VO and the person whos sign appears below the emails I received, are the same. File is not going anywhere for reply. you can see it in ACTIVITY, if file is moving from one person to other. therfore your consultant is liaying (my openion) but it is good not to send CSE without any specific reason. Guys I want to change my address as I have recently moved to new place.my application is with LVO.i tried to do it by logging in ecas but it doesn't allow me to change the address as it is only for Canadian applicants.if any of u could send me a link for LVO where I could change my address,it will be great.
Just to remind u that I got my 2nd line added in ecas on 3rd December 2012.vo ask me for ad dox which I send them already but since then I haven't heared anything at all from them.is there anyone who has the same situation?
I was away from forum for a while.back again now...

None except for security concerns or if one has been asked for additional documents with medicals n they were not satisfactory. Good luck

every thing is going in smooth way exept timeings ,.......

dear as we all know that every VO has its own way or methods to process application isnt it .

few are very fast & rest r lezy like me

& according to MR:ENGINEER sheet of progress u have noticed couple of our unlucky frnds

who have been rejected with in couple of weeks isnt it ,......

so in mine & urs case we r dealing with some lezy VO who r taking too much time hahahah

so let them take their full time

its for sure that u will recieve such good news soon

yes indeed u r correct that one shud avoid making contact with LVO

coz who knows yaaar vo may mind some thing & put some further BFD in our file

already its been almost near to complet 2 years to send application to cic

yaara her ek vo da apna funda honda c
