The packing is started, I've sold most of our stuff We are now sleeping on sold beds, cooking on sold range, eating out of sold dinnerware,lol. The only thing left is the car!!! We plan to settle in Toronto, In Sha Allah. I will keep on posting and trying to help with what little knowledge I have.

Hi All,
It is now total 6 months since i got 3rd line! Mostly my all planing is now depending on this decision. Even i started thinking if they say me NO! or giving decision after another 6 months will be the same as saying NO to me...
I wish everyone should get their PPR soon, min then i can see some progress and that will give me HOPE!

Dear all members Alhmodllilah , yesterday I received my PPR , . I am so happy because I was very frustrated last months about PPR as my VO JMR as I am usually reading the feedback from the members , But I am very happy ,to give all members with VO JMR the hope that they will receive soon Inshallh PPR .
As My medical request was on 2/8/2012 , done on ,26/8/2012 , received by London VO on 3/8/2012, 3rd line on Ecase 10/9/2012, PPR on 12/3/2012./ Visa for me will be valid till 10/9/2013
I am praying for all members to get the PPR soon Inshallah , because I received my PPR after 6 months from medical , by the way I am resident of UAE.

Is anybody here who has applied for assessment of engineering certificate before getting his PPR as a foreign in APEGA or any other Association of Professional Engineers in Canada?

This bloody BGC sucks everything man. Did u send ur docs? Did you receive anything after that? It's 12th day since they received my pcc. I don't know what to do. Do u think I should email them ?

I am waiting for my PCC from home country...hopefully will send the document next week. Thanks mate...

Yesterday I have received Medical Request, RPRF, Updated POF and PCC instead of refusal as told by VO in Interview.
The visa officer said that i meet eligibilty criteria.
I am waiting this response since Jan2012.
I must appreciate the visa officer for his agreement with my email.

If somebody from Lahore, Pakistan can guide me for making RPRF i will be obliged.

I have done my BSc. & MSc. in Biology and working as food product scientist since 8 years in a food company.In interview following were positive comments by officer.
I really appreciate your knowledge & expertise on your occupation. You are a bright food product scientist but Canada don't need Food product scientist. You should apply next time as Food Technologist. Food product scientist does not come under NOC2121 Biologist & related scientist. I told him food technologist occupation is not mentioned in NOC2121 according to National occupation classification but useless.

To cut short its not abour JD & Job duties. She clearly mention Food Product Scientist in not included in NOC2121.

Yesterday night I have sent her a comprehensive email along with following points including evidences.

1.The National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2011 is the authoritative resource on occupational information in Canada. It is used daily by thousands of people to understand the jobs found throughout Canada's labour market. Following were titles shown under NOC 2121 Biologist and related scientist. Its clearly mention my occupation Food Product Scientist.

2.According to Alberta Occupation profiles Food scientists come under 2121 NOC Biologist and related scientists.

3.My occupation Food Product scientist also eligible under 2121 NOC biologist and related scientist according to Labour Market Information by Ontario Ministry.

4.That's the reason I have been granted Positive Eligibility Review by centralized intake office at Nova Scotia, Canada.Following were the conclusions made by processing officer in Nova Scotia office after reviewing my complete documents on file.(GCMS Notes)

· Applicant falls within one of the valid MI3 NOC code. The duties performed by applicant correspond to main duties for this NOC. Applicant appears to have a minimum of at least one year of continuous full time paid work experience in the last 10 years. Letter of reference related to work experience includes information indicating substantial number of main duties of this occupation as set out in the NOC. Eligibility criteria met.

This is my last strategy to reach her with evidences so that she must consult one time with her seniors and might re-consider their decision.

This is wonderful news!! Congrats. I aw from Lahore. Wehad our RPRF made from Wallstreet Main Boulevard Gulberg. It was a good experience.
