- all brown applicants will start receiving 2nd line in feb.
- no more additional dox request without MR
- MR directly
- 2nd part of the ss will also receive 2nd line and MR soon.
- interview applicants will receive 2nd line on the day of interview.
- delay is due to the interviews in feb
