I need help regarding PCCs. I have never lived abroad, but I have lived at different addresses in Lahore,Pakistan and also in some other cities of Pakistan. My question is that when I apply for PCC, do I have to write all the addresses I have lived at since my 18th birthday or just the current address will suffice. Please friends, I need urgent help as I have been asked to send PCCs alongwith medicals.

I think your police department will give you pcc.it will be ok if you get from any of the city police station. I would advise you to get certified from the department of home secretary if it is possible. Best if luck.

In your Medicals letter, LVO must have mentioned PCC from "Pakistan" only. It has not been mentioned that you need to submit from every address. So one certificate with present address will be enough.
I have lived for years at other stations in Pakistan but mentioned only my present address in my PCC.
Hope it helps. Seniors please give your opinion.

Just get PCC from the current city you are living in with your current permanent address that should do it.
