sure, it's : <name>.<surname>@international.gc.caSeema.Malik said:Can u plz share the email address template of ur Visa Officer with us (hide the real name). So that we can know whether its a VO's email address or general one.
well this is clearly a VO's email address. But i m sure, 99% of ppl get replies from the general email id.yolex01 said:sure, it's : <name>.<surname> @ international.gc.ca
Hi Tasnim, If it was the same address on the same label you copied, i believe you should be fine. and for you to be sure, you can send a CSE, this would make you more relax. I also sent CSE, when i was not sure if my package was delivered to the right section, because i did not quote the new ref. no. and they did reply me to confirm receipt of the package by MCH.Tasnim said:Dear All
I am a silent follower of this thread . This thread is very helpful to understand the PR application process.
Now I am waiting for PPR . I am worried as I have forgotten to use the return REPLY Label when sending RRPF to LVO. I have used the address that was on the request letter though I have attached the request letter. I found the reply label after sending the envelop to LVO where there was a MCH initial.
I am much worried now whether it will reach to the right person . I have tracked my envelop ( sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery) and found it was received by Aziz.
Anybody can you please advise me whether I should make a CSE for the confirmation of my RPRF ? or it should be fine .
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Tasnim

In UAE we received it via courier. PPR will be by email.thereds said:Thanks. I'm in the UAE and I'm not sure if MRs are sent by courier. (I received the additional documents request by regular mail.)
What i did before is I sent the email to the usual email address but addressed it directly to my VO, this will only be possible of course if you know the initials of your VO, even when I send CSE I address it to JMR and I get a reply few hours after or if not, the next day.yolex01 said:LVO does not give any kind of info over the phone (I think it's somewhere on the LVO site) but what he could do is to reply to the e-mail he's already got from LVO. There is a chance that the answer came from his VO e-mail address then any e-mails he sends will go straight to that personal inbox instead to the general one for CSE enquiries. I did that and got quick replies so maybe it works...or maybe it depends on who your VO is.
You will be fine with the address as i said, they will definately sort it out, all the departments are in the same building. the new Ref. no was the number starting with B on the envilope sent with Medical forms, dont know if they actually send you this. and, if its the application number you have wrriten ( starting with E) thats fine too, cos thats what ive been using to correspond with LVO. you can send CSE through their web. here https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=london and you dont need to say much, quote your reference no and let them know what went wrong and to confirm if they receive your package.Tasnim said:Hi Momohj25
Thanks for your reply. Yes the address was same apart from 2nd line ( on the label it was only 'Immigration Division') as follows:
High Commission Of Canada
Immigration & Medical Services Division
Macdonald House
38 Grosvenor Street
London
W1k 4AA
About the New Ref. no , I didn't understand . I have written Application number on the Envelope . Can you please explain me . I will be grateful if you can send me the email address and format of the CSE letter .
Thanks in advance

Good Luck!
Yeah so did I. The first CSE I sent I did it through the website but then I just used the reply option from the e-mail I received from LVO in reply to my CSECANVINCHENG said:What i did before is I sent the email to the usual email address but addressed it directly to my VO, this will only be possible of course if you know the initials of your VO, even when I send CSE I address it to JMR and I get a reply few hours after or if not, the next day.

- Sent a CSE on September 22 asking if and when my MR forms were sent.
- Received a response day before yesterday (a whole month later) stating that the MR forms were sent out on August 31.
- I have obviously not received the forms and at this point, I have considered that the letter containing the forms is lost
- I replied to LVO on the same day I received their response asking them to resend the forms but I have not received a response as of yet. I mentioned my address again in response just in case.
- Is there anything else I can do at this point other than wait?
