Hello friends,
By the blessings of god and my mother, I have received my passports back with the VISA and COPR. It is a feeling that cannot be expressed in words, and I sincerely hope that all of you experience this very soon.

For Dubai/ UAE residents - my parcel was received at the Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi on 01 Oct and was delivered to me by Aramex on 04 Oct evening. You have to pay Dhs.30 for this courier.

I plan to move permanently to Ottawa sometime Beg Nov.
Wish you all realise your dreams very very soon.

today, i got few original documents from lvo. original transcripts of my spouse(diploma and engineering) and original reference letter of employer (myself and my spouse). on one of the documents back side there is a slip attached. on the slip they had written that "Original Documents returned with Complements". Also Bxxxxxxx label bar code is attached on the slip and on the envelope.
I received those doxs with recorded deilvery.
Did any one faced such type of situation. i mean anyone got doxs before medicals or after medicals. i have not attended medicals yet. Please comment on this. i m bit worried, why lvo send those doxs ??

JUST BEEN ON E-CAS. NONE THE ENGLISH OR FRENCH SITE DO WORK, MAYBE THERE ARE UPDATING SYSTEM AND CANNOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER SITE WHILE THEY DO THAT. LET'S GIVE IT A FEW HOURS A TRY AGAIN....OR MAYBE AT THE END OF THE DAY IN CASE IS A HOLE DAY THING...

Its the front end of the site thats not working.....even if they update the database, the user interface should work perfectly fine....

According to me, its a technical glitch and may take 2-3 days to sort out

It maybe so, I'm no IT person so just guessing....Let's hope that when fixed we all find good news on E-cas...

They have returned my original docs too with additional docs request, nothiing to be worry dear, they have finished BC with these thats y returned.

I got a new letter with a sealed envelop to my DMP which is posted on 3rd October.

I am surprised they were busy on my medic during this period from 19 September to 3rd October.
I personally feel they should inform me about all tests at once. is it a normal practice?
please advise because now i am feeling very bad.

Passports have been sent and will be there on Monday. Have also sent Special Delivery envelope so I can track when the passports get sent back.....

Just to give you some heads up, they probably won't arrive on Monday as it is a holiday in Canada (Thanksgiving) and the High Commission in London is closed (there's a sign at the door at Grosvenor Street No 38 that they are closed on the 8th of October)...

Are the letters dated the same? They did send the same furtherance letter twice to me as well. In my case, it was just an error. I probably shouldn't advise you this, for your peace of mind, hold a powerful torch behind the sealed envelope you could read the contents. Yes, it worked for me I was able to read every single word of it. Out of sheer frustration I tried this, when I got the same letter twice. Anyway, I would suggest you to send them a cse asap. Hope this helps.

The letter are dated 19 of sep and 3rd October. That is what make me more stressed. I don't understand the way they check initial medical reports.
they should send me all the further tests request at once.
