So finaly you gonna get some lovin at Tim Hortons lol good for you man have a blastryanomil said:Thanks Miki.
Think I am going to e-mail my VO and advise her that I am going to be travelling to Canada for 10 days so that she is aware but I won't request her permission.
Yah getting excited now, may head out Tuesday rather than Wednesday now that I don't need a response from my VO.

Hahahahaha you already sound like a tim Hortons guy.ryanomil said:Well I am hoping that this break will give the LVO enough time to sort my PPR out, so on my return I can head to the Canadian Embassy from Heathrow then head down to the Walkabout in Temple and have a big burger washed down with a SnakeyB. Also hoping my mate who works at the MOJ can have a lunch break and join me.
Here's hoping my plan isn't scuppered when I try to enter. I am going to e-mail my VO and let her know that I am heading to Canada just in case but now the decision is do I leave on Tuesday or Wednesday?
Mr P I don't think you understand Tim Hortons. Unlike Starbucks love in a Tim Hortons store is not permitted. It is a restaurant and the people eating do not want that kind of behaviour while they are enjoying their meal and coffee. This maybe acceptable in Starbucks, but not Tim Hortons
Good luck on your journey, enjoy everything! Btw. the entry to Canada is determined by the officer at the Point of Entry, it does have nothing to do with your Visa Office nor your Visa Officer. You have to make clear that the officer is satisfied with the fact that you are entering Canada as a tourist and will leave as soon as you are 'done' visiting (and not staying permanently). Also you are not allowed to work so make sure you have funds with you to support your journey. If asked about your Permanet Residency DO NOT LIE about it (if they want they will find out), just say the facts and that you will be leaving after 10 days. Present your return ticket, do not try to fool them, you will be fine.ryanomil said:Well I am hoping that this break will give the LVO enough time to sort my PPR out, so on my return I can head to the Canadian Embassy from Heathrow then head down to the Walkabout in Temple and have a big burger washed down with a SnakeyB.
