1) Updated forms, PCC, & RPRF ect I will send next week.
2) Medical:I will do the medical test of myself and my daughter and for my wife except her X-RAY test and the same will inform to VO in the covering letter , mentioning the physical condition of my wife

The due date of my wife is January last 2012. After the delivery, I will add the new born.

As per my understanding the validity of Medical is 1 year so if I do the medical in September mid 2012, It will expire only September 2013. I hope I wll get med request for the newborn and the balance med test for my wife before the med expiry of my daughter and myself.

Is the above a wise decision. Pls share ur views

sadly no news from my side...it's only been over a week since MR delivered...but with any luck I may get 3rd line within 2 weeks like someone in another forum... ..no harm in wishing eh...

Need a bit of advise (especially people staying in the UK with visa).

I have "unlimited leave to remain in UK" but it is on my old passport. My question is: If I get PR will the VO need to see that uk visa or can I only send my new passport (which is the one that they have on file)?

I'm asking because since the move I cannot find my old passport since I don't really use it and haven't been abroad in a while. If I only need to send my new passport then it would be great. Otherwise I will need to turn the house outside down or apply to get my visa transfer to my new passport and that will take time (about 12 weeks at least I think and will have to pay £220 for the new "sticker" on my passport" or I can get a 24hr service but it will cost £660) and since I don't plan to live in the UK any much longer I don't really want to spend all that money especially because the visa won't be valid once a reside abroad for over 2 years. So it would really help me if I could know if they will need to see that visa or if it does not matter (they do have a certified copy of my unlimited leave to remain in my application though).
Please anyone with any advise on this that could help me would be great....

Dear all seniors, i was given 60 days to submit some forms, updated pcc and any additional proof of employment . I have submitted ref letter and job contract letter with my application. As my experience based in bd, there was no payslips system in my company. In this case, what papers i can submit for additional proof. Another thing , LVO told me to give them 4 months time after sending the papers... what can be the reason / outcome of this? pls pls advice me .........

Dear Unni,

I've heard (read) that pregnant women could use a shield if x-rays needed. Since your wie is over half of the pregnancy the baby is already developed so any risks of malformation shouldn't come into account if I'm correct. I suppose shield must be quiet a good protection also otherwise doctors would be able to offer that option to pregnant ladies. Maybe you could also discuss with your family doc and of course your wife...that way you may no need to delete your application...Hope this info help...and congratulations on the future new arrival...

Thanks ryano for your reply...It would be a relief to know that if I don't find my old passport I won't need to apply for a transfer and especially not spend so much money for something that I have already been granted and paid for before, instead I can use that money for Canada..

My medicals were received in LVO on August 3, 2011. Updated docs RPRF and PCC i didnt send it yet as im still waiting for my pCC. I have until Sept 10 to complete all this. Will there be a problem if there is a big gap between the time they've received my Meds and Up Dox?

Well I am no expert to comment but common sense tells me that you have surely attached a covering letter stating reasons for missing requiremed documents/fee.
Mr. Engineer would come handy here.

Get an affidavit from your employer in BD also ask your employer in BD to provide tax return documents during the period of your employment.
