I do not think it is purely based on discrimination. Someone from England will better assimilate in Canada than from a developing country for natural reasons. This is based on my experience of living in USA and UK for five years. It is much easier the background check stuff as well. Also, bureaucracy works in a certain way and that is only one can understand if someone has worked in any such system. It is a typical bureaucratic system in which CIC works.

We cannot change the system of Canadian immigration so no point of moaning about it. Immigration is not a easy process anywhere these days. it could be frustrating at times but that's the way it is.

LVO asked me to submit additional proof of employment though i submit ref letter and contract letter from my employer. What else i can submit ? Advice me seniors pls......

@mohammad2222 - i m from bangladesh and currently residing in uk .....

@ovais - They told me after submitting the document , give them 4 month to verify it.....what do u think about it ?

Sorry for late reply. I was travelling between Glasgow and London. I probably missed some post. Yeah your advice worked. I spoke over the phone and I managed to make him(person working at cashier desk) understand. So that is sorted . I can't thank you enough for that.

Thanks to all whoever made comments on the LVO address. That helped me to decide. I am currently working on gathering my docs. Hoping to send them all next week inshallah.

Good to know that you are from bd. one query regarding your question. Did LVO mention what additional papers you have to submit? If ur experience is based in the uk, you may submit ur pay slip. But I am not too sure about BD job . In bd , they probably don't give any pay slip. But you always can ask them to make .
