From passed people who have received their PPR it either comes within the first week or it takes upto a month. There are other ones where there is alonger delay but I am ignoring them.

BDPA got his 7 days after the 3rd line and Stuart74 got it after 18 days. Hoping that mine will be quicker or somewhere in the middle.

Does anyone know what e-mail address that the passport request is sent from at LVO?

Hi guys, I just received my MR!! ;D however I have some queries, they are asking for an updated IM0008 wherein I have to provide my passport details. My passport will expire on June 2013. If God permits, if they will ask for PPR my passport will be most likely 6-8 mos valid. and I will need to renew it.

Will i be having problem with regards to the validity of my passport upon issuance of visa? should I renew my passport now?

Can the medicals received line be added without the RPRF being encashed?

I ask this as I sent the direct deposit rather than sending them the stupid cheque so I am curious as to whether the deposit has been accepted?

Well I guess I can't begrudge you getting your 2nd line now. Still enjoyinh watching your number of days keeping ticking up for your 2nd line. You are gonna destroy the average days once you finally get it

Hellooo guys need to ask very important question, i'm moving from dubai to india in two months. and my file is in process i havent have my medicel yet. does this affect my case. i have applied through consultant based in dubai.
according to them it doesnt make any difference but i dont want to take any chance. as i'm also hoping my medical on Aug or sep.
all senior and experience member please advice.

Your consultant is right it does not make any difference if you move .

In february 2012 LVO told me that i will have to apear in a personal interview and after 5 months their reply is

it has been determined that you should attend a personal interview. You will be notified of a date and time in due course. We are unable to advise when this will be but please be assured we will contact you as soon as we are able to.

Well on the bright side at least they haven't just rejected your case and you will get an opportunity to argue your case against the vo. Just remember if you think it is going wrong listen to uncle Chopper in how to make sure you can turn it round
