Yes they are. They should not be allowed to carry on doing business. Too bad we realized later rather than earlier. Luckily they must have sent the file ok since the CIO accepted it. But I'm still regretting not to use David Cohen services instead of them.....damm!!!!!! ???haniya said:hi,
