LVO Applicants July 01, 2011 FSW Applicants_MI 3

You applied before me and the oldest applicant in this forum. You should get MR by this time mate. Did you send any CSI or apply for CAIPS or GCMS? Does LVO use second class royalmail post for UK based applicant? do you know anything about that? Best wishes mate.

Yes, I am one of the oldest MI3 applicants, together with Forcbaca86 I think, who applied on 0107/2011. I have sent a CSE I think a couple of weeks ago but still waiting or reply. I did not request any CAIPS or GCMS. The thing is that I am using a consultant but they've been rubbish and that's why I sent a CSE to LVO to check if they sent any updates that my consultant has not forward to me but I don't know if they will reply. So if any MR has been sent it will go to my consultant first. Another thing is that Royal Mail is very very slow in London (at least in the part I live) so if it sent 2nd class it may take a bit to arrive (over 5 working days at least I would think). One last thing to consider also is that ryanomil is a FSW2 applicant not a FSW1 so they may have sent his MR a bit quicker.

But obviously that's only my guess so could be wrong....

Why not kick the consultant to the curb? You probably know more than them by using this forum anyway.

Thank you mate. You are right. FSW2 could be quicker than FSW1. At least we can make ourselves understand by saying that. Nothing we can do but wait.

Credit Card? There is no option for the use of credit card on their site?

I used my credit card for the CIO processing fee but when I look on the CIC site it states that you can't make the RPRF payment by debit or credit card.

They do have their account details to make direct payments to their account which I thought would be far easier than sending in the form of draft.

Oh I should also say just I am as big a fan of bank drafts as I am Starbucks.

That I will LOVE to do but I don't wanna jeopardize anything at the moment & I'm worried that if I drop them and send the withdrawal form to LVO it won't get processed in time and MR send in between to them, then all will get very difficult

Only rumour at the moment but it will be really good for everyone if they freeze the MI5 applicants until Jan 2013 so they can cope with the massive back log they have currently. Hopefully something should be announced today

I completely disagree. If they were to apply in July there would be a few people who get there visa relatively quickly but more often than not there will be a huge wait jsut like what some of the people have at the moment.

By clearing the back log and putting in the new procedures so that prcoessing times can be brought down it would mean that when they apply in Jan 13 more applications will be processed quicker meaning that more of the applicants will be in Canada quicker.

I think the will see it as a bad thing to begin with but if it is done correctly this could be a really good thing to the benefit of all

My timelines are similar to you guys.
