If I were you and they had asked me to refill all the forms with MR, I would have even done that to get what I want.

Hey people in the house, I have a question. If we assume that BGCs are done before medicals are issued, then what is the logic behind asking for updated documents along with the meds.?? I was asked to submit IM0008 and Background Declaration forms for me and my husband with my meds. and RPRF. What do you think it signifies??? Please share your views, thanks.

Updating of these forms is related to security checks which will commence when you receive third line “”we received medical result”” You have submitted PCC along MR so your current address must be in current PCC. Most of MI1 and MI2 applicants receive MR after long time so LVO require updated forms. if you have no updates but others may have for example change of address and employer or new travels in other countries.

Sippin on Starbucks coffee? With comments like that I see why you don't have your 2nd line little buddy. In Canada there is only 1 coffee house and that is Tim Hortons

How long it will take for my medicals & it means my BC are over?

I think you guys are right, I was a little merry last night from a snifter of cider or two, or three, or four, or five or oh I forget.

I still think it is annoying but ignoring or just sending them photocopies I doubt will do much for my case. It does however give me a reason to write into the VO so I can send my backup of my transaction to their account for the RPRF so I guess not all bad news.

Thank you to everyone for all the congratulations, I have tried to give +1 to everyone who has but a few of you I was unable to due to the stupid karma rule as I don't normally tell people when I give out the +1's.

Now I want to hear some more people getting to the next stage. We have been behind the NDVO for a while now so it is the LVO time to shine on the MI3 apps This is with the exception of the Starbucks drinking fool Mr President. Timmy Hortons coffee (maybe an ice cap) and Timbits job done!

Congratulations If you get a smooth processing from here you should get your MR within the month. Could be much quicker but there haven't been many cases where it has gone over the month (yet).

Mr E reckons the BGC are over and he is not often wrong.

Maybe, they are working you on case right now and since the im0008 form has changed, they wanted an updated one. I suggest, download the latest im0008, fill it and send it. Why take undue risk?
