Hello dear forum members i have been following this forum for the last few days and found very useful. I am fsw 1 applicant applied on 13 October and received per on 4 th of January now yesterday i saw my ecas with simultaneously appearance of two lines that is second line saying we start processing ur application on 20 June and third line saying de decision made. my question is that am i on refusal course cause i did not received MR pls need advise on this matter. thanx

LVO is starting to act up . The other day I google LVO's refusal rate and it was 48 % f******kn unbeliveable .
Brother what is your time line? And your NOC ? And where are you from ?
Hopefully it is just a computer mistake

Yes extensive travelling could be a reason for prolonged BGCs.

my application was refused on March 2012

i did reconsideration against the decision and last week i got approval

please check the below email i got from CHC LONDON

Dear Madam/Sir

This refers to recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration of your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal skilled worker.

i have reviewed the file and the case notes and i can confirm there was an error made in the calculation of points for your education. i am therefore prepared to reconsider your application.

you will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email addresses provided in the application.

@Mr President, you are quite right. LVO refusal is too alarming, compare to other Visa offices. More so, none of the guys that have gotten second line has received MR up till now, which is more than 2 weeks. unlike in the other offices, they start getting MR some few days after second line shown in their ecas. Anyway, lets keep fingers cross!

I checked my ecas just now and i ive got the Almighty second line updated!
saying we started processing your application on june 20th, 2012

Am a bit scare now, I hope its a good sign!

The funny thing is that, i went to check my ecas after backing/replying Mr Presidents comment on LVO
