Updated spreadsheet using Mr.Engineer's spreadsheet for all the people who I missed in yesterday's first attempt. I am hoping this is easier to read for people but will take any critism about how to make it better constructively.

I have chaged the format so the averages are on a seperate sheet.

The averages don't really mean much as is proved by PER to IP being more that the average PER to MR but I still think it is nice to know.

Mr President you have now been added you whingey little basketball player :-)

Hey ryanomil, good job! i would like to draw you back on bancklaud time lime, i think he re-submitted his document on the 2nd of April and got PER on the 17th, so the difference should be like 15 days. the 23rd of january was his first application which was returned ( my own thought, anyway)

Hi and good morning,

I just had my second line added this morning to my ecas! :D :D It now says:

We received your application for permanent residence on December 12, 2011.

We started processing your application on June 19, 2012.

Can you please update the list. Thank you.

Congrats Miki27 on addition of second line to the ECAS. MR will follow soon :) :) :D :D

possie, now and Stuart74 got the second line roughly around the same time as you and have received the MR.

I don't think there is anything to worry about it just seems that they are processing your application rather slowly, Maybe time to send a CSE or request CAIPS notes to find out what is happening

Bill C38:

As of 11PM, Thursday dt. Jun-14, 2012, the Omnibus Budget Bill C38 stands 'passed' by the parliament, with certain changes in many of it's sections, however the section on IRPA [Immigr. & Refugee Protection Act] remaining mainly intact.

Part-4, Div-54 of Bill C38 summarily dismisses approx. 300,000 pending FSW applications filed on or before Feb-27, 2008 effectively. Wherein, an estimated $130 million of processing fees will be refunded to the 'lost' applicants, without interest fees and without any legal right of remedy or indemnity.

The bill is to get a third-reading on Monday, Jun-18, 2012 then it goes to Senate, where it's likely to be formulated into a 'law'.

Does it cast aspersions on the integrity of the Canadian Immigr. System? --YES. Does it put a dent on the universally accepted Canadian norm for operational fairness? --YES. However, it's the law, voted successfully by a majority of members of the parliament, responding to the changing labour market needs... irrespective of a 'plea' submitted by CBA [Canadian Bar Association] on May-29, 2012, pls refer below.

As such, like it or not, we may just have to gulp it in the larger interests of the country.

NOTE:
This bill [C38] hits only the applications filed till Feb-27, 2008 -- and who has yet to receive a SELDEC-1. Their e-Cas of "in process" doesn't matter. While, if their e-Cas states "DM" after meds -- then obviously those cases r thru.

Thank you so much! I hope you are right and the MR will come soon! ;)

I have a question for all those who have received their MR already and are UK based? Does the LVO send the Medical Requests per email or postal mail? I really hope they send it per email as my postal mail sometimes does not come for days or gets lost. :( Just worried that it won't be delivered to me and gets lost.

I hope somebody can help. Thanks.

I was under the impression that the MR comes through snail mail rather than e-mail

Miki27,

Sorry but it is sent by normal mail and not email as it has forms and pictures for completion.
