Am I right in assuming that because of the verdict going against Ottawa we can basically assume that priority will be taken away from MI1-3 and they will focus on getting the ancient applications processed?

I hope this will not be the case, by doing this, they will creat another backlog.

I agree with you Mr. President. In comparison to pre Feb 2008 applicants, MI-3 applicants are very few. The backlog in hundreds of thousands whereas MI-3 is only 10,000. Furthermore, MI-3 NOCs are in demand at the moment. We have already seen unprecedented movement in LVO i.e. addition of second line in the ECAS of several applicants. Hopefully, June-July will not only be hot in Pakistan but mercury will be high in LVO also.

Exactly current conservative government of Canada will defiantly try to bring in mi3 applicants first because NOCs of mi3 applicants are in demand .
