I dont understand whats the use of getting GCMS notes as I understand one gets more worried while not understanding the things, getting GCMS notes will not speedup the processing right, so in my opinion let us pray and have patience everybody will get the response.

I think the spreadsheet is protected, I cannot do any amndments on it.
Did you give access to any other member as well. May be we can check if s/he is allowed to make changes on your sheet.

Hi All, I had asked the LVO and today get the reply. It is as below:
Request sent on 7th April: Hi, i am wondering about my case status and also want to know about my submitted documents regarding my new passport copy received or? It would be really nice of you if i get the current status of my application. Have a nice Easter.

Reply from LVO on 17th April:
Dear Madam / Sir,
This is in response to your enquiry.
Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.
We will contact you again if we require further information or when we are ready to proceed to the next stage of your application.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Hi, actually before I informed them and ask what should I do as I changed my passport ( from hand written to MRP). They ask to send them a copy of new passport and thus I sent it to them. This is the story...
However, it seems to be they are really don't wanna let us know what the current status! STRANGE!!!

thanks for ur reply, i asked u becuz i am in the same situation,i renewed my passport and got new hard copy of passport with new passport number which is different from the one i sent along with my documents,moreover my wife`s police certificate have wrong date of birth ,so now i wanted to send them the updated correct documents......but wasnt sure and i sent them a case specific inquiry and they replied the same standard email as urs......no further action is required ...bla bla bla.......so i am confused whether to send those documents or wait for their request.......but i am afraid if i wait and they discover that it might delay my case further or even worse send rejection........what u think....shall i just send those documents......if yes....shall i refill the IMM application again.....is there any other form to refill......or what to do plz?

No problem. I had kind of same situation like u. I also got a new passport with new number but old passport no is mentioned in the new one. Then I sent the quarry informing about the new pass and got reply like that "Please send by mail a copy of your new passports quoting yourabove reference number."
So I sent it to them without other documents just copy of my passport with a cover letter mentioning the reference no, without filling any new forms because all the informations are still them same. However, lots of fellows advised me not to send documents now but send it after getting MR. But I thought it would be good for them to inform earlier, there is nothing to hide! Now decision is yours....

Guys, need advice.
I have submitted PCC for both Qatar & Bangladesh with my application. Qatar PCC was latest and Bangladesh PCC was issued on 2007, when I left my country with a job.
Any possibility that LVO will ask for latest PCC from Bangladesh? Is it possible to get PCC from my embassy?

I think they will ask for ur Bangladeshi PCC coz if I'm not wrong PCC is valid for a year.
You can not get PCC from your local BD embassy, however you can get it while you are in Qatar. Write the application for PCC and attached it by local BD embassy along with copy of your passport. Then send those document to Bangladesh. Your parents can apply for PCC instead of you with those documents.
I am also from Bangladesh and i had the same situation that you mentioned and I got my PCC in this way.

LVO is working on MI2 AND MI3 applicants but its priority is pre June applicants by june 2012.
