*This process has been dispensed with since 26/6/2010, under MI-2. However, the system very much remain the same except that now the stage-2 docs r no more required - and should be sent directly to CIO-NS, as one 'complete advance' package.

Not yet clear, although Mr. Alexander is a former PAFSO member!.
Hopefully he will be able to take some steps to address PAFSO members concerns regarding their pays and can manage to compromise this issue.

That sounds like a cabinet reshuffle so i don't think the new Minister For Immigration will be able to influence anything ( even if he is a former PAFSO member). Here's hoping though.

Its pure torture. And the real icing on the cake is that things in Canada aren't exactly bright and rosy either.

Its a real struggle for stable jobs and professional satisfaction.

I guess if Canada had to choose a national word, it would be perseverence.

Canada will be a struggle at first but Mrs Farney and i are confident things will work out in the end. I think it will be a great experience and am hugely looking forward to emigrating next year. Where are you planning to land?

i applied in February 2012 ,my NOC 6242, & GOT APPROVAL ON 6th March,2012, then received interview call on 21st February 2013.visa officer kept my graduation degree for verification.and still waiting for there response....can any one guide me how long i have to wait.i m from Pakistan.

it takes from 4 month to 6 month for verification ......visa officer was only concern about your graduation ???? and where your interview was conducted ???

THX FOR your concerned.....my intervie was conducted in ABUBAHBI.THEY TOOK ME & MY HUSAND'S ORIGINAL DEGREES AND MARKS SHEETS OF GRADUATION FOR VERIFICATION.
