LVO Applicant with "MXH" as Visa Officer

Hi guys,

Anybody here under "MXH" how is she/he as Visa officer? Anybody here who already receive a visa? MR? PPR?

MXH is the visa officer

My time line is
Application filed on 11 Dec 2014
PER 28 FEB
Additional documents of new born submitted on 5th May
2nd line updated on 7th August

But I received the following reply from MXH 3 times in last one month.

This application is in queue to be processed by an immigration officer.

Usually people get MR soon after 2LU, but it is not the case here.

Did you guys receive any update on your files? if yes, pls share the timelines. I'm also tied with visa officer/program assistant [size=10pt][size=10pt]MXH[/size][/size]. Last i heard from him on Oct 02, 2015 that my file is in queue to be reviewed by the immigration officer.

I submitted by newborn documents with updated forms and fee on September 14 and after that i'm waiting....

Same here the last time i've heard from MXH was Oct 6, 2015 asking for additional documents for my new born. After that RIH took over my application and RIH was the one who send MR for my new born...

the waiting is quite dispiriting especially when nobody updating the progress
what do you suggest, should i raise CSE from CIC website as i didn't get reply on email sent on November 2nd? i sent email on reply received from MXH on October 02

I think there is no harm in raising CSE if you think you need it. I know the feeling. Normally MXH will reply your email maximum 24 hours that was i'd observe before. But after 6th of October i sent email twice to him/her and i did not received any single response. But to my surprise until 27th of october RIH send email to me requesting medical for my new born.

God is good all the time! Thanks God last night i received PPR from RIH after a long struggling processes.. From MXH to RIH and now Abu dhabi office for Visa stamping...
