LPP passed but BG in progress

Has anyone seen test and LPP all passed but BG in progress for 3 month?

my AOR 10/31/2023, FP requested 11/16, FP delivered 12/14. LPP passed 1/26/2024..

Mississauga office.

Did you ask if they have classified your application as non-routine? Also in your case did they ask for a fp?

If the citizenship processing time is over, it will automatically be marked as non-routine & yet no request for fingerprints
