lotter of explanation for education history

Hi guys,
I have ECA report for my bachelor 's degree. I have master 's degree as well. Because it's a medical degree, they only recognize and do ECA for bachelor degree. I put master's degree in my personal history. Do I need to write a letter of explanation for this? I have several periods of work history but I don't use them to calculate scores, so I put in personal history as well. I have contract, do I need to upload the contract with LOE as proof? Tks
