Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I obtained phone records from the months we started talking to each other on the phone however we do not have any emails to attest to how or when we first started talking. The site we met on deletes the messages after a certain period of time, I didn't know at the time how to save IM's, all the things my fiance had on his computer are now gone since the hard drive got ruined and he has a new computer now. Just wondering how and where in the application would I inform them of this?

I wish badly that I did have proof of that but you can't produce what you don't have. Will they be okay that phone records is all I have?
We only talked for 5-6 months before deciding to live together and have lived together ever since which is currently for about 1 year and 3 months. We don't have bills except for the past few months but have letters, some few IM's/emails, tons of pictures, receipts etc. Do you think those things together will be satisfying? I do realize none of us are IO's but just looking for opinions here.

Also, what is considered to be a "straight forward" case?
Would ours be considered one?

Both same age and same education level.
Neither have had a common law or marriage relationship with anyone.
No criminal records on either side.
No children.
No previous sponsorships.
Not in bankruptcy or receiving social assistance of any sort.
I am in valid status and always have been.

Hi!

It sounds that you shouldn't have any complications. I think phone bills and photographs must be enough along with other stuff you have.

Good luck!!!

Just give them all that you can. It should be ovbious to the IO looking at the file that you are a genuine couple if you have had ongoing communication. I sent in phone records that I had, a screen shot of both mine and my husband's email inbox and one IM from each month that I could find. Include pictures and cards that people have sent to you as a couple also. Hope this helps. :)

ColorMePanda,

I dont know why , but you should not have any problem , and why r u not sure..

I like your question on everywhere, wowo..
good luck...

I think you will be just fine without emails Panda... we didnt send it a single thing email. Aside from documents proving our "common law" status, we sent the following relationship supporting documents: photos thought a six year span and with each others family and friends, many plane tickets to see each other before moved in together, and letters from family and friends.

Wow! Your whole case was decided in 2 months diddagirl?
I am a US citizen and my husband is canadian, doing an outside family class, etc.
Hopefully we are as lucky as you.
