Lost POE/LOI Letter

Please help!!

I applied to the iec for a 2 year visa for 2014. I revieved my poe letter confirming i could enter Canada up until may 2015. As i was not planning to travel until then I did not download my poe letter from my mycic account. I logged in today and all reference of my account and acceptance letter is not there in my account. Is there anything I can do?!!!!!

I have the same problem. I have my flight within a few days and I am not able to show my LOI at arrival.

Contacting VISA-offices, did nothing. No response. Did you get any luck?

I just can't login with my GCkey, I can't recall my passwords!

Hello!,

You should write your story to MyCIC or if possible call them directly. Also include your application number and passport number or copy. Hope it will works for you otherwise there is no way.

Please don't forget to write here if you got any response from MyCIC.

I did that already. Still no answer. I have to take my flight within 3 days without the LOI I guess

Can I enter the country as a tourist (I stay less then six months) and get my LOI printed out in Canada and get my Working Holiday Visa stamped while I am in the country?

I did resend a mail to my Visa-office. This time I added all the details, like WTN (IEC), Account-number (IEC), the approximate date that the application was submitted and my passport number and all the details that go with my passport. Nearly 15 minutes later a received a mail from the Visa-office with my LOI attached as PDF.

I feel great now, no more worries, hehe.
