Lost passport procedure in canada

Need some help for lost procedure for Indian passport.

I have already filed a complaint with Montreal police but need information where to apply and document list.

I contacted hci and they told me to go apply in bls.i asked bls they told go to hci.please let me know if thats the right way.

I am in exactly the same situation. Can you please share your number?
Lost Indian Passport in Canada and both Consulate and BLS and throwing me around like a shuttle not telling me what to do.
