i am PR, i am protected person in canada , i need to apply for citizenship but can't find my back home passport, what if i lost it??

Contact your home countries embassy here in Canada and ask about getting a replacement? You've probably just misplaced the passport. I'd keep looking.

As a protected person. Isn't it wrong to renew or tavel with home country passport?

Oh, I'm sorry I don't know. It probably is to travel. I would think you could get your passport replaced at an embassy tho. I would maybe contact CIC directly and ask them about your specific situation.

Renewing a passport from your home country is o e possible way to loose your status in Canada and have your citizenship application refused. You should contact IRCC and before you do anything also consult with an immigration lawyer about your situation.

No - do NOT do this. Renewing your passport / getting a replacement can result in citizenship being refused and your PR status being revoked.

What if you renewed your passport snd travelled to only places other than your home country??

It does not matter. Renewing itself can be seen as act of re-connection with your home country. One of the purposes of your passport is a proof that you are under protection of the country that has issued the passport.
So it can cost you residency and citizenship.
If you want to travel use your refugee travel document. If it is not accepted in some countries than you cannot travel there until you are Canadian citizen. That is the price to pay for a refuge.
