lost my passport, what about my travel history once I have a new one ?

Hi there in the next 4 months my partner and I we will start the procedure for a common law partner sponsor .
I've been leaving since I was 18 in different countries in Europe and Australia.
I've lost my passport few days ago and all my stamps are gone of course ... You think I can not put all the places I've leaved or they are gonna to find out anyway ? Is just because I'll take so long time to get all the police certificate... Especially the Australians one.

You must put your complete and accurate travel history, including all the countries you've lived in. If you do not this, it is considered misrepresentation which is fraud and a crime and if they find out, your application will definitely be denied and there can also be other more drastic consequences. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/protection/fraud/document.asp

Edit: I'm not trying to scare you, just want to make sure you're aware of the consequences. I read about a man who had left something off his application by mistake and they questioned him about it in his interview and even though he gave them the missing information then it was considered misrepresentation and his application was denied. It's important to be thorough and accurate.
