Lost my passport need to apply for work permit (Please help it's urgent)

Hello,
I lost my passport in December and mow I have to apply for PGWP. I applied for new passport but they are asking for original police report with authorized signatory. And here in Saskatoon, police officer said they can't provide me a report with authorized signatory and asked me to provide case no to CGI. My study permit will expire next month. Please help me. What should I do?

I don’t know about the passport application etc., but you CAN still apply for the PGWP after your study permit expires. You just have to pay the restoration of status fee and attached the receipt to your PGWP application . Good luck!
