Lost my original CSQ, have to do my first landing in 2 weeks, how can I get a certificate from MICC

Hi,
Now that I got my visa and COPR, I realized that I've lost my original CSQ!! I have to do my first landing in 2 weeks, how can I get a certificate from MICC to certify that the copy of CSQ (which I have) is true?
Can I send them an email or should I mail them a letter request? Because in their website it says email only for general questions.
Plzzz help :/

Mail them the situation and ask to send new CSQ by mail so you can show At Airport
