Was working as Food Service supervisor. Applied for AINP. Was about to get it in 2/3 days. Fired because couldn't work extra two hours after 10 hours because of severe body pain. Fired the next day. Cannot get another job because most employers reluctant to offer job for which LMO required. Some employers were interested but received bad reference from employer and did not get any job. My situation is such I cannot get any employment because of bad reference. Work permit still valid for 6 months more. What are my options? Do I have to go back to India?

1. If you have certificate of nomination, ask AINP if you could apply for open WP while changing employer
2. Explain to your new employers with LMO that you can work up to 10 hours and your ex-boss fired you as you could not work 12 hours
3. You can stay in Canada till your WP expiry date. You can change employer whenever possible and you may be eligible for Employment Insurance as well.

I have a similar problem. I didn't want to train another employer how to use a potentially dangerous piece of equipment because I am under LMO as Retail Sales Associate. I got fired days after with the only reason being that I didn't feel it was safe to train someone when I am not a certified instructor.

Where do I stand?

Sorry this isn't a reply but I can't work out how to post my own problem.
