Dear Members,

I have received ITA in 102nd draw. while collecting my documents i've found that i lost my 1st job offer letter. so far, i have worked for only this company for last 8 years. i've obtained a photocopy of the office copy of the letter from HR (they refused to allow me to scan the original). but, being a office copy the MD just put his initial (not full signature) on the letter. will this letter cause my application to be rejected, even if i explain it in Letter of Explanation? What are my other options, if any?

You only need the reference letter according to cic guidelines, that's it. Anything else is optional

How if I lost the offer letter, then the company rejected to give reference letter based on IRCC standard?
But I still have the relieving letter from them when I left the company, and I think my former colleague can provide a letter explaining job duties etc. Will that be enough?
