Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I recently lost my health card. And in the new card that I received the issue date is the recent date.

Could this be a trigger for RQ???? Am so worried :o :(

Please guide

Try not to worry about the RQ, because there is no vaccination against it... everything depends of the agent who will process your application... it is somehow also a matter of luck.

add a cover letter explaining as such. If you don't tell them somewhere, they won't know.

That's nothing to worry about, the know that health cards are renewable mainly on birthdays. Having a new health card does not mean you were outside the country. That can not have anything to do with RQ. RQ is generated based on various things, persons who have never travelled outside the country I understand received RQ.

If your health card was one of the ID documents you used in your application, contact the CIC call centre for guidance. I saw a guy who's interview was cancelled, as he lost his health card.

But why they cancelled it? Was it lost the same day? He could have got another health card

And also, I haven't applied for citizenship as yet. I am due to apply soon

If you haven't applied yet, and if you are that worried, you don't even have to use your health card as a piece of ID. You can use your driver's licence and passport. (Yes, you can use your passport as ID and again in the passport section.) If you do, make a copy of the biographical page for each section, not just one for both. More on that here:
