Lost email and password attached to my application and I can't remember my UCI . Please and idea how I can retrieve my UCI?

It should be on old documents IRCC sent you or you can call them and see if they'll help. If you are making a new application, you can just leave it blank.

Alternatively, you can create a new GCKey and link your application to your new account.
