I don't speak english so well but i will try to explain.
In 5th january i had sent my aplications to extend my visitor visa permit, and i have sent from a post office, but for some reason i didin't had answer about my aplication, although i have sent all the documents to the right address. So when i came back to my country i tried to take another temporary visa permit to go to canada to travel only, and they refused my aplication... because for them i was as a ilegal immigrant that's not true.. and i don't know how i can prove that... someone know how can i prove to the consulate or embassy i don't know, how and where i can find this my lost documents again please??? I tried to contact the address where i sent my documents (CPC Vegreville) but they are pratically incommunicable.. someone know how to help me please?? Thank you.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
you might want to find a representative that speaks your native language. Where are you from? Are you in Canada now?

Ah no i'm in Brazil now and i'm from Brazil.. i have been to Toronto to study english during 6 months, but i needed to extend my visa to keep studying there till i conclude my course, because i need this course here.. so, i asked for this extention and i sent all the necessary documents to the right place that my counceller from my school told me to do, and i payed the tax in the bank too. But for some reason my document didn't arrive to the right place and i have no idea for where they went. So when my course finished i came back to Brazil normally. But the problem was when i applied again to go to Canada in december with my parents to spend the christmas and new year. So i applied again and the brazilian consulate understood that i stayed there in Toronto ilegally and they refused my application.. but it was not fair because i sent my documents... i called several times to Sao Paulo Consulate to try to explain what happened but i couldn't. So now i'm trying to find my lost documents to prove and make a new application. Because of that i'm trying here some advice to know what i can do. Thank you steaky.
