Lost CRS Points - Why?

Dear All,
I lost 30 points in my second EE profile.

When I sent my first profile, I got 382 points, then unfortunately, my profile returned as ineligable and I think that was because I changed NOC Job title.

Anyway, I started to work on my 2nd EE profile, and someone reviewed my profile and told me I would receive 382. Then, I submitted my profile and surprisingly I received 352 points.
Now I am just curious why.
Does old profile can affect negatively on your points? Or any other old history is involved in CRS points itself?

I was surprised when I figured out that I lost points because CRS did not count my Canadian Master degree!!
I have deleted my profile and created a new one and still the same!
I had reviewed my profile with an agent representative and she told me I should receive 382 points but still CRS only counts for 356 .

Are there any explanations? I do not think there is a tech issue, since this has been now for more than 3 weeks, and as I said I send 2 profiles with the same results.

Are you answering the questions incorrectly. There are questions about taking the degree in French and English. Post the answer to your questions for Canadian education.

Was awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?
YES
Was this degree, diploma or certificate:

• from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
• from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
• a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
• a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)

YES
Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? NO

Did study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada. YES

You answer yes, and your education is not counted as Canadian education.

Exceptions
(5) For the purpose of this section, the following are not eligible credentials:

• (a) credentials obtained in a study or training program in which the study of English or French as a second language amounted to more than half of the program;
• (b) credentials obtained in a study or training program in which distance learning amounted to more than half of the program; or
• (c) credentials obtained in a study or training program while receiving a scholarship or fellowship that stipulated that the recipient return to their home country to apply the knowledge and skills gained.

Your reply was very clear, and thank you for all feedback you are providing.
Maybe I was not clear in my scholarship in which it stipulated to return home for 5 years.
Now I have been in the country for more than 5 years. That means there are no more obligation.
Anyway if the Exception point's objective is to prevent any illegal situation, then I do not think it applies to me any more since I passed.
But if this Exception point has different objective than illegality then that is it.
I gave up
