All the gov't workers walk around with their gov't I.D. tags on lanyards around their necks which shows which department they work for and the address at 365 Laurier Ave which is the CPC-O building downtown.

Mine was transferred to LA in June, it's been two months *sigh* In grand total for us, it's been 5 months, soooo looking forward to hubby working, he really feels bad about not working

yeah, and we are really looking forward to moving to Canada. I am leaving next month and he will leave here (Taiwan) in November. I am not looking forward to being apart for 2+ months

I can hardly believe it.. I really didn't expect this so soon. I am still stunned...My husband got the e-mail today!!! The request for PPR e-mail!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

So in process August 2nd, and PPR on August 8th!! We have 20 days to get his passport to them in LA.

by the way, the e-mail only offers instructions for mailing the passport from within the States or Canada, but we are in Taiwan. Does that mean that instructions for Canada basically apply to us? As in, we don't send the return envelop like the instructions for within the States said?

I hear you!!! Scott returned to Nevada in June just for that reason. It's not good for their mindset to not be able to work. Men want to be the providers... He'll return to Ontario mid October, I'm counting the days now... :'(

SUCKS!!! We're the same... 10 weeks from now. I flew down to NV last weekend for 4 days, not long enough :'(
