Just got copr 2 pieces of paper issues nov 7 .we are given until feb 15 to land ..we are travelling by truck and trailor about 5 thousand miles,so hope the weather will be kind to us.Good luck to all of you guys who are still waiting,i,m sure your journey is close also.I like to give all a very heartful thanks for sharing your experience and advice to make this process simple to follow.Good luck and god bless.

We are in Canada now leaving on tuesday to go to my husbands family for thanksgiving we will be landing either on the 23rd or 24th.

For me...It has been more than 5 weeks now since I have sent my passport and haven't received it back yet. But ecase status says that the "Decision Made" (actually it got updated couple of days back) and the office will contact me concerning this decision, so now I am kind of concerned on when can I expect my passport back ? Have any of you experienced the same ?

Any comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm on the same boat. It's been exactly a month since I sent my passport. Did you send your actual pp or just a copy?

I agree! I've been stressing since I sent my passport. I also booked a flight for monday to go back home to TX for thanksgiving...I will have to cancel since I can't travel without my passport.

I'm in canada visiting my partner when I got an email to send my passport. I only had 10 days to send my passport.

Oh man ...you may have to cancel it coz I think the L.A passport daprtment works from Mon thru Thurs....so now I am not really hoping to get my pp back this week...
I hope I am wrong but this is really frustrating
