Los Angeles processing times by mail or online!

Hey guys

Has anyone applied to the LA consulate by mail between April 5th- April 15th 2013???
Can anyone please let me know their timeline and when their cashiers cheque was cashed!!
Ive tried emailing the consulate multiple times but no reply...My cheque was cashed on the 25th of April but I'm still waiting for my passport
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!so i can estimate how long mine might take!I haven't seen my parents for over a year and they are currently visiting Cananda!!

I had applied for Canadian TRV last month.
It was very quick. Not longer than the estimated time. Was hassle free by all means.
I applied online. It took 2 weeks to receive the passport request.
I sent the passport to NY office.
Within 2 weeks(12 days) I received the stamped VISA as requested.
