Congratulations, that's great news!! Did you ever figure out why they said your app was transferred for "eligibility"?

Happy for you guys!! Now you're one of the ones who had their app processed within a year despite being transferred to LVO :D

Just curious, did they call you for an interview? And did you know why they transferred your app to LVO?

The only reason we were told by our lawyer was "over flow". I am assuming but me and my wife both live on states on work permit. They just wanted it closer in case an interview was needed.

We did not have an interview. We had good documentation - wedding pic, travel pics aftwr marriage, bank statement with money transfers to my wife's account, tax returns. I think its just over flow.

I was very worried initially but the fact ita happening during normal processing time takes away all my concerns for LA office. I think people with normal processing are just not sharing.

My wife's file was transferred in April 2019 and Riara 's was May 2019 which means they are currently processing Apr-May 2019. This gives us a clue on processing timeline.

Will give Decision made to PPR to return passport timeline soon :)

I just noticed that there is a second line added to my ecas status that says we started processing your application on Sepetember 16 2019.Can anyone please explain what does this mean??

This is were the waiting starts - it will be 3-4 months before you hear something. This was the last thing on our application till last so. Likely means file is in que to be review by officer.

In my wife's application they said this in April 2019. We just got DM last wk and prearrival. No ppr yet.

That's great that you got an update not even a month after your application got transferred to LVO!! :)

I'm just curious, did "We started processing your application on _____" ever come up on your ECAS at the visa office centre that your application was being processed at prior to being transferred to LA? If you don't mind sharing your whole timeline so far I'd be interested in seeing it!

Spouse Approval-June13
Medical instructions-June 13th
File trasferred to Mississauga-June19th
Medical Recieved-June21st
Correspondence-July15th
Biometrics Request-August19th
Biometrics Given-August20th
File transferred to LAVO-September5th
And No it never came up while the file was in Mississauga.I just hope i hear something good soon.Hopefully God Willing.

Oh I see! Thanks for sharing. Interesting, now that you pointed it out, I just noticed that they changed the our ECAS "in progress" statement date on August 29... before it said July 13 when it was in Sydney. Nice to have some hope that things are happening at LVO... God willing indeed.

Haven’t heard anything yet. I do not have access to GC, as we have a paid representative.
