Loosing job because of citizenship delay

Need advice or supportive help
I have applied citizenship march 2023, job profile truck driver inside canada.
Company was not hiring for canada since I told them I will get citizenship in 2024 so they can send me USA as truck driver. So I got a job.

Now waiting for oath since December 2023 till today. All green only pending oath.

I don't want to lose my job since company is very good.

If I take letter from company emergency to speed up my oath do u guys think it will help or no thanks.
