Loosing job after (based on LMO) after submitting e-APR (PR application)

Hi there
I have a job based on LMO where I've been working since May 2013. I got 600points for that job. What would happen if I lose this job cause my office is being closed down?
I'm asking cause I found lots of misleading information online, don't know what to think.
