No jobs here. Do a job search on Canadian sites, get job offer and then ask employer to file for and pay for LMIA proving in no one in Canada can do the job, only you. Then with LMIA you apply for a closed work permit with your credentials. Do you mean welder? That is a licensed profession so look at Red Seal.
