I want to apply for Manitoba PNP, Currently I am living in India,

I am looking a friends in Manitoba and looking small support to prove I have a friend in Manitoba, for filling Manitiba PNP.

Whatever documentation effort and amount need to put, I am fine for the same to some cost or effort.

I am a software consultant with more then 9 years experience

If any body can support me I am ready to support and pay some amount, if needed

Have you heard about misrepresentation?

And besides, why would someome do that kind of favour unless he/she personally know you.

There are many other options available if you devote some time to this forum.

That is just the reason why cic search so many information about people who want to immigration.
Just went through the mpnp and got the PR. Hart work and legal..I would not do what you do.
